If notice of cancellation is received, in writing, more than 48 hours prior to the opening of event registration, (usually late Thursday afternoon before the event), a full refund will be given. If written notice of cancellation is received in the 48 hours before the opening of event registration, a $50.00 service charge will be imposed and the balance of the registration refunded. Written notice can be by postmarked mail or fax. No refunds once event registration has opened.
